Aladdin Temp-Rite offers advanced technology for bulk rethermalization. This conduction unit utilizes cold fluid flowing through hollow shelving, maintaining chilled foods until the appropriate pre-programmed time. At that point, the fluid is quickly heated and circulated throughout the shelf, warming the food to a precise serving temperature. It then enters a holding cycle. Due to the gentle and precise temperature control, the food retains moisture, resulting in a higher yield.
